Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with any items purchased from Bendixen's. We offer a 30-day return policy, from the date the order was shipped. Please notify us prior to return & include order number & date of purchase. Returned items must be in resalable condition to receive a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
We ship each order with care and special attention but, on occasion orders are damaged in transit or packed incorrectly. If your order is damaged or incorrect when you receive it, please keep ALL the original boxes and packaging material.
